Device emulator registry can not add Motorola SDK 
v3.1 for J2ME emulators but Motorola IDEN SDK 
3.0.0 could be added successfully.

Motorola SDK v3.1 does not implement UEI (Unified Emulator Interface)
thus it is not supported by J2ME Wireless Module. Marking as invalid
as it is not a bug.
