There is a Server Execution Options node in options,
with two properties for the default server.

However, there is no property editor returned for
whatever the value type is.  This is sort of silly
and embarrasing - why expose options to the user
if they cannot be edited, and it looks like we just
forgot to include an editor?

Please either hide these properties if there is no
reasonable value for them, or hide the settings
node, or provide a reasonable, non-editable String
value in this case.
