To reproduce:
1. In Explorer window select Runtime->Server
Registry->Installed Servers->Tomcat->Internal
Tomcat (JWSDP 1.0_01)->localhost:8081.
2. Push Shift-F10, select Add Context from context
menu. 
3. Push the Enter key twice in the Add Context
dialog. Dialog is closed.

ISSUE: New context has been created and displayed
for a moment, but window is refreshed and node is
collapsed. Moreover, after that there is no
selection on the Runtime tab at all. Need to press
the Tab several times for selecting and expanding
new context node.

The issue is not valid for dev build. I'm putting on cc sustaining
group and I'm closing the bug as wontfix.
