deployment with dp does not work so I will put in
a hotfix that takes just the path and uses
standard deployment. It should be fixed and putted
back later.

an important part of this is to provide sensible defaults for the
deployment plan, now it is created empty

the user cannot edit the plan manually so it does not matter if the
plan is used or if we just use the context path property in 3.6
