After I used the FinishSessions debug command 
(and dismissed the dialog prompting me for a 
session to finish, of which I had one) the IDE
hung.  

I wasn't able to reproduce this.

I cannot see the deadlock in the log file and I cannot reproduce it 
either. I mark this issue as incomplete. If this happens again, 
please attach a thread dump, we may find out more from that. I, 
however, fixed an assertion error from window system that I saw 
appeared in your log.

Verified ... and Closing all issues resolved into NetBeans 6.7 and earlier.
