Description Ann Sunhachawee 2003-12-19 21:50:40 UTC
When opening a node in the Explorer takes any
time, such as when it triggers the launching of
the admin server, in addition to feedback in the
status bar area, show the "Please Wait..." as Java
nodes show to give feedback to user.

I believe this refers specifically to the Tomcat plugin nodes, doesn't
it? Assigning to Petr P.

This actually is no longer an issue because we do not try to start the
server when users expand the manager node in server registry tree. If
the server is not running the manager node will have no children.
When the server started, the manager will be refreshed with children
nodes.

I'm going to do it as soon as possible.
Comment 5 Petr Pisl 2004-02-24 13:20:53 UTC
So, now all actions (start, stop, undeploy over web module node and
refresh over tomcat instance node) are executed in request processor.

During refresh action or creating web modules node the wait node is
placed as children of Web Modules node holder. The wait node is
replaced after finishing the action.

Start, stop and undeploy action also write starting and result message
to the status bar.
