Mounting of a web module and exiting of IDE shows
dialog about saving of context.xml file. This is
very confusing - there is no indication where this
file comes from. Also I do not know why this file
is created (I did not tried to do any action
related to web app development support other than
mount of web module). So it silently creates a
directory with some file and even it bothers me
with question whether I want to save this file. 

IMO it should be transparent (no questions) and
less intrusive (do not create extra stuff until
neceseary).
