The Help button and Help icon for IDE
Configuration > System > Tomcat 5 Configuration
files are mapped to the Help ID
org.netbeans.core.filesystems.MIMEResolverImpl$FileTypeNode.

There is no help topic for this Help ID. There
does not need to be as there is nothing editable
in this options window and I do not believe there
is anything of here of interest to the user.

Am closing this because all the File Type options are mapped to this
ID so it has to be resolved at a higher level.
