1.Run IDE and create new JFrame form
2.Do nothing just click the Layout category in 
component palette
3.Invoke popup menu and select Rename Category
4.Set name "L" and press Enter key
5.Two categories with the name "L" are now in the 
palette.

Neverending problems with palette representation. Hopefully we'll
throw away the instance DO and nodes stuff for NB 4.0.
