1. Start NetBeans 3.5.1
2. Create new project.
3. Create new webmodule in this project
4. Close IDE.
5. Start NetBeans 3.6, do not import settings.
6. Import project from 3.5.1 (Menu Project ->
Import Project, select dir with you project
<nb351_userdir>/system/Projects/<your_project>)
7. Open Project Manager and Open imported project.
Exceptions are thrown.

any other impact then the exception? does deployment work after this?

"Failed to lookup configuration for Tomcat5" is not related to
upgrade. Diplicate of another issue that I cannot find but I know was
fixed.
