The accelerator for the Welcome Screen menu item
is r, which conflicts with the Versioning menu.
Suggest changing it to o.

That's ok. There is no conflict because welcome screen menu item is
part  of help menu - it is just menu item. You have to invoke alt+h to
open help menu and then alt+r to invoke welcome action, for versioning
menu opening just alt+r. Notice that there are similar cases like
(P)roject menu and Edit|(P)aste.
