Right-Click under Web Modules to Refresh status 
of stopped or started Web Modules results in the 
attached exception.

There are a lot of exception in attached ide.log. Could you write up
how we can reproduce it?

reopen with more info, preferably test with a newer build (current
trunk or 3.6 release)
