Recently I have seen a NPE during webmodule
execution for a few times. I happen very rarely,
especially during first webmodule execution. It
seems not to have any impact on the
deployment/exection - looks like only a progress
monitor issue.

seems to be a problem only on unixes - I have seen this on JDS
quicksilver and solaris 8.

Since this happens rarely and does not have any impact, this is not a
showstopper.
