With cases where admin node and target node are
separate, we will get ASE when right click on
target node.

Nam, does this affect any current plugins or current product? Are
there any steps to reproduce in the UI?

This bug would not affect current plugins with promoB, so can be
waived for release 3.6.  It would affect BOW for j2ee13 plugins.  To
reproduce,  we need plugin that have separate admin and target nodes,
either changing the test plugin or we will have some usable j2ee13
plugin in a couple of weeks.

Ok, adding the JSP_NEXT_PROMO keyword then, to exclude it from Promo B
bug statistics.
