I had stopped the server using the Start/Stop 
server dialog. 

I attempted to execute a HTML file. Got an 
exception in the server log file (see attachement)
, and I also briefly (not long enough to read it) 
saw a cryptic message in red on the server dialog. 
Executing the same file again appears to work.
