I have my resource Bundle saved in properties 
files.  If I add a new value I get an * next to 
the file name on the tab.  However when I right 
click the tab the save option is grayed out.
There is a workaround:
If you open a java file and make a change, then 
recompile this saves all the files currently open 
including the properties file

This seems to be a duplicate of bug #41178 (Properties file can't be
saved except by "Save all...").
