Build used:
   Netbean 3.6/AppServer8.0PE: 07/22

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Start Netbean IDE
2. Create a web module (e.g., c:\sun\webTest)
3. Open sun-web.xml file with DConfigBean editor
4. Unmount the c:\sun\webTest application
5. Delete the c:\sun\webTest directory
6. From the DConfigBean editor, make a change to
the sun-web.xml file 
7. Save the change
