Step:
1. Either when I right click on frame or panel
2. Move over "Set Layout" until the list of 
layout appear
3. Move away from "Set Layout"
4. Move over "set layout" until the list of 
layout is appear.........
Note: at this time, you will see redundancy 
layout, it happen more than once
