Only win XP.

1) On system has been installed NB3.6 before
installing new NB. On Add/Remove Program Panel
installation NB 3.6 is listed.
2) I install NB4.0(last build). I expect two items
in installed list, but there is only for NB 4.0.

Uninstallation NB3.6 from Add/Remove Panel is
impossible.

This could cause problems for NetCAT and Q-build users.

Increasing priority to P2 for faster investigation.
