I just installed Net Beans 3.6 and several 
features don't work. I have not programmed since 
I got my degree 15 years ago so I went to the 
Quick Start Guide first.

36.html)
I get "Javadocs not found" errors; keyboard 
shortcuts don't work; "Fast Import" does not 
change the file.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that 
did not help. What am I doing wrong?

seems to be no more valid in 5.5 and 6.0
