Steps to reproduce:
1) set Tomcat default server
2) deploy web application to App server
3) deployment exists with error attached
4) set App Server default server
5) deployment OK

Works for me. Possibly fixed as part of another bugfix (in
configuration area).

I can't reproduce issue too. I'm closing bug.
