Is AbstractFoldManager really needed? During the
API review, DevRev suggested to remove it, see the
opinion document at
http://openide.netbeans.org/tutorial/reviews/opinions_42255.html

Removed AbstractFoldManager and added FoldOperation.isReleased() as
recommended in the review.
