Tools/Java Platform Manager

Mnemonics Alt+N and Alt+f don't jump to Platform
Name textfield or Platform Folder textfield. The
same happens if using tab traversing, the focus is
not put into textfield
Also, it would be usefull to add ACSD for the main
Java Platform Manager window and for
sub-components of the dialog, i.e. List of
platforms etc.
