a java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException has 
occured.
After this exception IDE was removed and untalled 
again but the exception occurs after each launch 
of IDE.

Please provide a stack trace of this exception. You can get it after
you press the "Show Details" button in the exception dialog or from
ide.log. ide.log is in your userdir e.g.
<HOME_DIR>/.netbeans/<netbeans_version/system/ide.log

It seems it is in j2ee module.

What exactly you mean by "IDE was removed"? Did you try to use a clean
user dir? (to do this you can add -userdir e:\foo in bin\ide.cfg file).

by removed i mean   that i uninstalled both NetBeans IDE 3.6 and Java 
2 SDK ,SE V1.4.2_04  and reinstalled them by running j2sdk-1_4_2_04-
nb-3_6-bin-windows.exe.
