I don't know how it happens to occure, but now the Exception Window is popup with each IDE start. Containing long stacktrace series of various Exceptions begining with NPE at org.netbeans.modules.j2ee.deployment.config.ConfigDataLoader.checkCache(ConfigDataLoader.java:175) I would say. There is another bug #45932 entered against NB3.6 and autoupdate module, buit with exactly the same stacktraces which I'm attachnig. Please, if you need any other part of my userdir, please ask me. The whole userdir is about 100MB large :-o ('cause of refactoring, I guess)

Well, the var subfolder is 90MB large. But also 10MB is quite huge to post it to IZ

I guess you're right about duplicity. Stacktraces seems very similar. And problem is definitely in bouth cases in j2ee server. Neither me I can reproduce it :-( And now it's to late to attach my user dir (rather send you) because I've already delete it
