I had added external Tomcat instance with wrong
admin password. Then invoked Start server. The
dialog box appeared where I am asked to admin's
name and password. Clicked on Cancel button and
was frustrated, the dialog has been invoked forever. 
The Cancel button should interupt Tomcat's
starting process or do any other task. 
If user clicks on Cancel button he is consentient
with cancel starting Tomcat.

I increased priority because this behavior is uncomfortable for NB's
users.
