Have Tomcat 5.0 instance in the Server Registry
installed under root, it means no write or
execution permission to other than root.

Trying to start up the Tomcat IDE shows 'Waiting
for Tomcat ...' dialog and waiting probabaly forever.

I was expected that IDE shows a error message
'Cannot execute startup script', 'The
../common/lib/ is not writable' etc.

This issue was fixed during fixing of other issues.
