In database explorer.  Connect to database. 
Connection is now in database explorer tree.
Rightclick connection.  Select Disconnect from
popup menu.  Entire IDE stops responding and need
to use taskmgr to shut it down.  

On restart there is a warning message about an
instace of the program already using the user
directory (even after complete system restart).

This happens intermittantly on one database and
almost every time with another database.  Both use
Oracle thin driver. 

On the database side the connection IS closed  
but the IDE is not responding.

Cannot reproduce anymore using the latest dev build. It should be
fixed by recent changes.
