Set breakpoints on lines, close Editor window.
Start debugger by Trace Into. Editor window opens and the setted breakpoints are not hihglighted there - at least the most of them.

isBreakpoint () method still returns true
breakpoint is highligted, after debugger reaches the line and lefts it, it means after the line is marked as current and unmarked

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
