Build 200408262030

1) Run Tomcat
2) Open Shared context log
3) Close shared context log
4) Run any WebApp
5) ERROR:
Shared context log is opened automatically again

Cannot reproduce in build 200409100847.

Verified, it seems to be fixed by previous Stepan's fixes or by output
window fixes.
