-create new web project
-run it
-cancel Login dialog
-do not close 'Deployment progress monitor'
-run and cancel again

You want to show the error to the user so I assume you can only reuse
the dialog if deploying the same module. 

This does not seem too important to me. This UI should be reworked as
soon as possible so it is a not priority to fix minor issues here.

I believe that was a dialog shown in Start Server but will let him
speak....

Yes, it was Start/Stop dialog I was working on. This one is based on
same panel used from elsewhere, I will fix it.
