Clicking on "Get Results" opens a modal message 
box if no results are available yet. Since there 
is no indication of results availability, the 
user migh be clicking again and again and will 
have to dismiss the modal box each time.

Suggest to:
- display the "no results available" in the 
results window instead of modal message box
- implement a mechanism that would indicate to 
the user whether results are available

Fixed for M2:
The message "No Results Available" is displayed as part of the 
results window.
