Don't forget make all changes for Beta2 release, i.e.:
- change all texts
- maybe new user dir?, for Beta1 we use 4.0beta1
- NB install dir

1.Product ID was already set as part of issue #48940 fix. Product ID
ends with "4000b2".
2.Product name and display name changed. "Beta 2" appended.
3.NB install dir is set to "netbeans-4.0beta2

(User dir is set when branding IDE not installer.)

Committing these changes.

Waiting for updated licence files (NB, Mobility Pack, jdkbundle).

Licence is updated for Mobility Pack (taken from Beta 1).

No. This issue also includes licence file update. (It was meant as
umbrella issue.) But as usual licence is delayed to the last possible
moment. (But you can leave it fixed. We have separate issue for
licence update.)
