When performing CPU profiling, some lines in CCT 
don't have any label (class & package level 
view) - also in Reverse Call graph.

Also, in Table listing there is one empty line 
(class level view) or a line with "<anonymous 
package>" description (package level view).

It seems that these two problems correlate 
together.
