For Beta 2 the production version of netbeans.conf
is needed. The following JVM settings must be set
in netbeans.conf:

netbeans_default_options="-J-Xms32m -J-Xmx128m
-J-Xverify:none"

Assigning to Hrebejk to make this change in
release40_beta2 branch together with branding changes.
