Steps:
- try create new file from wizard
-> in seconds step in File Name field is not
preselected default name.

Not openide/wizard (wizard framework) issue but project/ui.
Not P2, it's only help feature not specified by project's UI spec,
asked by issue 42650.
Issue 42650 implemented after the beta2 branch has been created, won't
be in beta2.
