Steps to reproduce: 
- Create new Properties file

File nust be open in table view mode not in text
mode. This was in last release.

It has been decided that the properties files will be opened
in the text mode by default.

The main reason for this change was that the table view is suitable
only for i18n related properties files, while with the new projects
the user often needs to edit also generic properties files - where the
table editor is inappropriate. The usage for non-i18n purposes needs
actually more redesign - as tracked in ussue 42919, but we at least
changed the default open action to text mode.
