In the Runtime tab, expand the tree to the 
bundled Tomcat server and right click, the menu 
for start/stop is not available (greyed out) 
until I click away from the node and then come 
back to it (see attached screen shot).

Only appears to happen the first time I go to 
this node in the tree.
