Using the wheel-mouse to scroll up/down the design
view in the form editor scrolls one unit at a time
while scrolling in all other windows (properties,
inspector, etc) is 5-10 units at a time. The
design view should scroll as fast as the other
windows.

Fixed - unit increment of the form designer's scrollbars
has been set to 5.
