The <tocitem> elements do not follow the correct
standard. i.e there is no top level element.

This impacts QA test scripts.

Sorry for spacing on this one -- I saw it but didn't understand the
problem and should have queried it. So, I don't understand what the
problem is. The top level element is 'Servers and Databases'. Please
tell me what I should so.

Studio has outsourced the docs qa and they are the ones who filed this
bug. My apologies for not verifying it before posting. I will contact
them and ask what their complaint is.

Closing for now. Please reopen if/when it becomes clear that there is
a bug.
