None of the print dialogs have any documentation
in the IDE.  For example, Print to HTML.

Intentionally omitted as part of an overall effort to reduce help
bloat (making help easier to navigate for users and maintain by
writers). In this case, we have not identified anything likely to trip
up users in these dialogs.

Closing for now. Jeff, please reopen if you feel there is something
there that you feel that really needs explanation.
