The Reset Results Buffer icon and the Show VM
telemetry buttons in the profiling results view do
not have hovertext for mouseovers, the other three
buttons do.

This is a regression from M2, a results of changing the 
implementation of some of the actions to use more modern approach to 
actions in the IDE (subclass of swing's AbstractAction rather than 
NB's SharedClassObject-based CallableSystemAction). Will fix no later 
than in M4
