The following would be helpful to have on the toolbar:

Get latest results
Show VM telemetry
Modify Profiling

And these would be nice options for the user to be
able to add to the toolbar via the customize toolbar:
Run GC
Reset Results Buffer

Hmm, starting with 4.0, the toolbar is striving to be as simple as 
possible. Perhaps we could do similar thing to what debugger does, 
with opening a "Profiling Full" toolbar when profiling session is in 
progress.

All profiler actions should be in the actions pool to be able to add 
them to the toolbar, this will be addressed for sure.

This is not addressed via the profiler control panel and its actions. I believe 
we shoul dnot clutter the main IDE toolbar with more that Profile/Attach 
actions.

All profiler actions are available in the actions pool for the user to manually 
add to the toolbar/menu.
