All the other graphs remove the horizontal
scrollbar when you switch them to the "scaled to
fit" mode of view, but this one does not.

I believe I fixed this sometime back, at least it is not in M5

Eeh, not quite, just reproduced it in current codebase, reopening, 
planning to be fixed in M5 (I meant M4 in my previous comment)
