I attached to an application with Attach&Profile action, selected Memory profiling with garbage collection, Ctrl-Break method. I opened the Profiling results window to see classes of objects being alocated and alive. However, not all classes are visible there, I have not found any option or filter that controls its display so I assume this is a bug. The application uses custom class loaders to load various part of itself and I suspect this to be the root problem because the classes I see in the view always seem to belong to a single classloader.
It's likely a known issue, reported recently by another user, that has already been fixed. We can try to send you a "patch" (or rather a preview of the next JFluid version) - it's not guaranteed to be 100% stable, but at least you can check whether this particular problem has gone away.
If you can provide a fixed version or a patch I'll be happy to test it.
Patch provided to the user, no report about the problem in the patched profiler - considered fixed in M4 release.
I can confirm that on my system the patch resolves this particular problem.
