This occurs when trying to "run" and html or jsp
or servlet. All three are trivial "hello world"
examples. 

The dialog report is:

A java.lang.IllegalStateException exception has
occurred.
Please report this at
http://www.netbeans.org/issues.html,
including a copy of your messages.log file as an
attachment.
The messages.log file is located in your
/home/drs/.netbeans/4.0beta2/var/log folder.
