Description zikmund 2004-12-13 15:36:40 UTC
AS plugin 041213 with NB 200412081800 (FCS)

1) Have AS installed outside NetBeans installation
directory
2) Run web project on AppServer
3) ERROR:
opened URL uses IP, not 'localhost' value.

Note: Could cause problems on different networks
and coincidence with firewall settings.

What I have heard about AppServer, the IP is the only address NetBeans
can get from it via JSR88. Is it right Ludo? (I think we should close
this bug as WONTFIX if it is true)
Comment 2 _ ludo 2004-12-20 18:50:34 UTC
app server backend behaviour
Comment 3 _ ludo 2005-01-05 00:45:22 UTC
cannot control from nb.. Only a change in app server code would fix it.
Comment 4 zikmund 2005-01-05 06:44:38 UTC
Verified.

BTW: it seems to me as good candidate for AppServer Development Edition.
