q-build 200412141900

sometimes when I'm deploying EJB module which is already 
deployed, I got this error:

Trying to create reference for application in target server failed; 
Application reference photo already exists in server instance 
server.

I'm not able to 100% reproduce this issue. On appserver are not 
deployed any other EJB modules or J2EE application.

Cannot reproduce with 8.1 UR1...
In any case this would indicate a server bug, not a plugin or netbeans bug...
If this happen again, file a bug on the app server product itself.
