Context path change made in the web project 
properties dialog is not propagated to 
sun-web.xml.

it is at project creation, but not afterward...
J2eeserver issue?

This works for tomcat plugin.

moving back to app server plugin
before you move it, evaluate it

This may be related...
Note that when the sun-web.xml is read only user will not get any
message, this also works for tomcat - tomcat throws exception and
j2eeserver displays the message.
