1. start IDE with new userdir
2. add SJS AS 8.1 to the server registry
3. add next SJS AS 8.1 to the server registry

=> step 2 in the wizard (choosing server's
location) is skipped, user have to change server's
location manually (server's context menu | Set
Installation Location)

not a bug.
The first time it is asked because mandatory.
Not after: you add an instance, not a server

To change the server location use the popup you mention
